0945 - Workout
Seated Dumbbell Press 5 sets
Crunches with Dumbbell 6 sets
Dumbbell Press 6 sets
Bench Dips (no weight) 4 sets
Hammer Curls 6 sets
Dumbbell Curls 4 sets
1030 - Species Shake - Species Carbalyze X1 scoop (Fruit Punch) and Species Isolyze X1 scoop (Vanilla Ice Cream).
1330 - Muscle Milk Light Chocolate Shake
1700 - 12.5 oz canned chicken breast with Franks Red Hot
2100 - Grilled chicken breast, steamed green beans
