Weak Day

Today I just did not get my motivation going and was busy at home. I managed to do a little, but not much.

1200 - EAS Soy Protein Chocolate Shake
1500 - 12.5 oz canned chicken breast
1530 - kind of workout

Wide Grip Dips
  • 5 sets of 10
Sit ups
  • 2 sets of 20
Bench Dips
  • 2 sets of 12
  • 1 set of 10
